Summer Quranic Courses Planned at Prophet’s Mosque

IQNA – The Prophet’s Mosque in the holy city of Medina will host summer Quranic courses stating early next month.

The General Presidency for the Religious Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques will hold the Quranic classes, Sabaq news website reported. 

The courses will feature lessons on Quran recitation and memorization for men and women.

According to the officials of the general presidency, the courses will start on the 25th of Dhul Hajja (July 2) and run until the 19th of Muharram (July 25).

They will be held in two sessions: after morning prayers and after Asr (afternoon) prayers.

Registration for the courses will start on Monday, June 24, via the website of the general presidency.  

 

Organizing Quranic programs and activities such as Quranic circles and courses at the Prophet’s Mosque and the Grand Mosque in Mecca has increased considerably in recent years.
